Information about how to exercise your California privacy rights is provided in the Your California Privacy Rights section of this Privacy Policy.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the functionality of our website, understand how visitors use the site, and support our marketing efforts. These technologies may be placed by us or by third-party services providers. The cookies and similar technologies we use generally fall into the following categories:
• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are required for the website to function properly. They enable core features such as page navigation, security, reservation functionality, and fraud prevention. Because these cookies are necessary for the operation of the website, they cannot be disabled through our cookie settings.
• Functional Cookies: These cookies allow the website to remember your preferences and choices, such as language settings or other customized features, to provide a more personalized browsing experience.
• Analytics and Performance Cookies: These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, referral sources, and general usage patterns. We use this information to improve the performance, functionality, and user experience of the website. We may use third-party analytics providers, including Google Analytics, to assist with these activities.
• Advertising and Targeting Cookies: These cookies help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and, where permitted by law, deliver advertisements that may be more relevant to your interests. They may be placed by advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook) and may collect information about your interactions with our website and other websites over time.
Cookies may remain on your device for different periods of time. Some cookies expire when you close your browser session, while others remain until deleted or until they expire automatically.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and many advertising platforms allow you to manage ad personalization in their own settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
How We Share Information
We may disclose Personal Information to service providers, contractors, professional advisers, payment processors, reservation platforms, marketing providers, analytics providers, website hosting providers, and other vendors that perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
We do not sell Personal Information in exchange for monetary consideration. However, certain analytics and advertising technologies we use, such as the Meta Pixel, may constitute “sharing” or a “sale” under the broad definitions contained in California law for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can opt out of this by adjusting your browser cookie settings, using your browser’s Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported. We honor browser-based GPC signals where required by applicable law. When we detect a valid GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising for that browser. Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is not yet a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track requests. However, we honor GPC signals where required by applicable law. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
Security
We have implemented safeguards intended to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your Personal Information.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain business records, operate our services, comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. We do not retain Personal Information for longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes unless required or permitted by law.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification of your identity.
